Testicular Injury
I had a left testicle injury three years ago, I showed it to a gp, got a ultrasound and even showed it to a urologist, all said everything was normal. But I definitely felt that my left testicle has some issue post that I have noticed that I cannot maintain erection for longer period and don't get erections that easily like before and the left side bottom of the penis near the testicle it feels numb as compared to the right side. I'm quite certain there is some nerve damage there, it's not painful but I wanted to know if incase there is some minor nerve damage the has caused numbness and reduced blood flow, do I have to get surgery or is it possible to treat it some other way?
