Is there any treatment for testicular atrophy and azoospermia caused by mumps orchitis ? Both testis were infected.

At what age was the mumps orchitis ?
If it was before puberty den only mumps orchitis can cause azoospermia
Other wise need to rule out obstructive azoospermia / retrograde ejacucatiol-if on any hypertensive medicines like alpha blocker
Needs 2 semen analysis
Clinical examination to see for size of testes
Secondary sexual character
