Testicles pain Chronic orchialgia

Asked for Male, 43 Years

I am having testicle pain since last 3 months.according to my dr I m having chronic orchialgia.my sonography and mri pelvis reports are normal.8 months ago I was also infected with gonorreah and I took antibiotics. Now according to dr remedy is " radi frequency of genital branch of genitofemoral and cindy epidence block" . plz help even after 100 days pain is there .
