Testicles moving while coughing

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm suffering from cold since 1 week but from tommorow I'm having dry cough and I also noticed that while coughing left side of my testicles is moving upwards. And I also know if this cough goes for 2 days more my head nerve will pain badly also while coughing. Is the first thing normal or should I get a check?
