Testicles discomfort
After taking bath when my finger touches the bottom of the left testicles I can feel a something like soft thing..like a broken egg or something..but doesn't pain when pressed..what's that?i have mild pain in left since a month..and some times when I pull in breathe left testicles pain..

Need examination by urologist. Most probably it is arising from rail of epididymis. May require scrotal ultrasound and FNAC to confirm nature.
