Testicle size increased
My left testicle has increased in size. I have this problem since long. Probably 6-7 years. Saw a doc earlier but he said its not painful so lets not intervene. I also have small pimple like structures on testicles which have no pain or itching. Of late I have been concerned abt it.

Get clinical physical examination done by a general surgeon ,high resolution ultrasonography of the bilateral testes and adenexa may also be useful to reach a diagnosis.treatment as per diagnosis
