Hi doctor.. my testicles scrotum will get loose during night time only.. morning time it doesn't.. testicles and scrotum will remain tight.. only night time I observed below of my testicles scrotum get loose..  not sure this is normal or not.. which doctor I need to consult for this.. please help me
