  4. Testicle related issue. Sure what to do?

Testicle related issue
I was feeling that my spermatic cord is swelling and was having pain ... So gone to doc and he asked me do sonography of scrotum but sonography came normal... He gave me some medicine and pain was gone but still I can see that swell up spermatic cord ... I m not sure what to do??? Right now I m not having pain .
