Hi, I woke up with pain in my testicals, at first I thought it may go away but the next day I had the same problem then I began to feel around and noticed my left testical was not only swollen but seems to be split in two or maybe a huge bump or inflimation was growing out of it, I also experience little pain when urinating, I've been having headaches as well but not sure if it'd related, my balls still hurt, any idea what may be the problem?
