Greetings...im facing problem with my right testical.. There is permanent swelling in it n i cant feel the hard mass inside.. Its like a bad of water tightly filled... Left is fine i think.. Please help.

helloo.. i think it may be a hydrocele problem...you may need a surgery....meet a gen surgeon and get examined...
