Have you done RT-PCR test. If positive need to add one more medicine,-  Ivermectin 12 mg once daily for 5 days. Even if RT-PCR is negative ,you need to have Ivermectin. Do steem inhalation twice daily. Warm salt water gargles thrice daily. Take only hot food. Drink plenty of water 3-4 litres in a day. Don't take anything which is cold.

If u r Covid positive u r taking Right medication. Try to get some test done on the 5/6 th day Test :- CBC, CRP, RBS, LFT. X-RAY CHEST PA VIEW.
