You are developing antibody. Not sufficient yet. Long term protection is provided by IgG antibody which is below normal as shown in your report.  Total antibody consists of IgM antibody which reflects recent infection. Probably you have got the test  done too early.
Next Steps
Repeat the test alteast 1 month after onset of symptoms or covid positive report.
