Hi have done a random blood test the results are below for me and my husband  respectively 1- HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (HS-CRP) IMMUNOTURBIDIMETRY 11.39 mg/L 2-HIGH SENSITIVITY C-REACTIVE PROTEIN (HS-CRP) IMMUNOTURBIDIMETRY 7.55 mg/L Just concerned what does it mean ?? Thanks

It means there is some kind of inflammation inside the body, could be linked to metabolic illnesses which are uncontrolled like diabetes, thyroid, or rheumatoid illnesses involving joints. Its often possible that they point towards to an underlying infection as well. Based on your symptoms a physician will be able to guide you better as to this can be approached.
