It's within normal limits.. These hormone are secreted my master endocrine gland named pituitary which controls in turn gonadal function through FSH and LH...
But hormonal test always needs to be correlated with clinical problems.. So consult endocrinologist if u have any symptoms..!!

Ur report is normal.. LH FSH are pituitary hormone which control your mensural cycle. Prolactin is hormone which controls lactation high levels can influence on cycles.
