Please do serum electrolytes too.
Consult with reports.
Till then start Tab. Neurobion or Supradyne one tab after lunch everyday for 1 month.
Take a pinch of salt and lemon in water every evening. Have coconut water for few days.
Haemoglobin is normal.

Your symptoms can’t be explained with lab report.
Do thyroid blood sugar vit D level also if not done.
