Hey Painless bleeding suggest piles. Grading is done as follows Grade 1- only bleeding Grade 2 - piles mass also comes outside during defaction along with bleeding which goes inside own its own Grade 3 - piles mass comes out during defaction along with bleeding but needs manual repositioning through fingers Grade 4 - piles mass is outside permanent along with bleeding what we call is prolapse of piles mass
