Tenderness in vein

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I had taken dynapar via IV in my right hand's wrist vein. This was way back in Nov '17. Since then there is uneven bulging of that vein with little tinderness & some pain. Pls suggest what is the actual issue here & is this a serious problem?
