Tender Breasts - I Had My Periods From 9'th To 13'th Of

I had my periods from 9'th to 13'th of December. I had protected intercourse on 5'th 12'th and 31'st of December. I've been having sore breasts since 23'rd December and has not stopped yet. It's the most sore when I get up in the morning. I took a pregnancy test twice and both of them were negative. But the soreness doesn't go away.
