Pelvic pain and breast tenderness
My girlfriend and i had protective sex a week and a half ago and she is expecting her periods this week starting from the 25th... while ejaculating i had taken my penis out and then i came inside the condom itself and carefully removed it away from her and we did not get cum on her body... she is having tender breasts since almost two weeks(even a few days before we had protected intercourse) and today there is a sharp pain in her pelvic area... her cycle is very irregular and comes in about 45-50 days... she should be getting her perods from the 25th ideally so i thought this would be pms but she says that it doesn't feel like pms pain and it's different... she is getting stressed by this... please give any helpful advice

Seems like it's not Pregnancy, since you have been careful. Maybe she is having hormonal issues. Consult a gynecologist
