Tender breasts to press down or push up
When I press down, or push up from under my breasts it is incredibly tender and painful. There is a spot on the bottom of the left that is so tender I can't push down to feel for a lump. They've been this way for at least a few months constant. Maybe longer but I haven't pushed on them prior to see. What could be causing them to be so incredibly tender? I'm worried but don't want to jump to conclusions.

You are advised to have one USG breast or mammography done . If you not willing for that ,you may take medicine for few days .
