Tempting to vomit and can't pop for days
I cant poop for how many days, everytime i eat i want to vomit it. My abdomen hurts everytime i move or walk. I get dizzy when i stand up, cold sweat and hard to breath

most likely u overweight if yes controll weight
use lots of water and vegetable diet
