Pain near right ear while yawning or opening mouth wide.When I open my mouth to yawn or to eat to take a big bite ,during closing the mouth severe pain occur near right ear jaw joint with "tak" sound...That momentary period is extremely painful.plzz refer any medicine or exercise or home remedy.

Hi.. TMJ dysfunction happens due to wrong teeth alignment. Means, upper teeth won't land properly on lower teeth. Unfortunately this cannot be cured by any medicines or home remedies.
