Temperature fluctuates
When ever climate changes.. my body temp in eveng changes... it ranges from 98.6 to 99... though i dont feel anything it just whenever i see through thermometer it raises...

Temperature above 99.5 degree is considered as fever.. if your body gets dehydrated also slightly rise in temperature will be seen... So drink plenty of fluids .
