My daughter of 6 yrs vomited last night. Then she had temperature in the afternoon today. We gave crocin so it subsided. It has again come back. Her voice is also hoarse. Kindly advise.. Thanks

Helllo viral fever should be ruled out consult paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
