Teething problem
Sir,
My 7 month old son having teething .problem occured during teething like diarrhoea, fever is common or not ?Is there any calcium tablet which can given to my son for help in teething.plz suggest .

Contrary to common belief, teething has NO relation to fever or loose motions.
These occur due to keeping of objects in the mouth by the baby.
Since it's a normal physiological process,NO meds or supplements are required.
Just maintain strict hygiene in feeds,give 2 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home,and 4 milk feeds, including one top formula feed and rest breastfeeds.
