Teething is wide range. It will come by own. No special medicine should be given for the same. if baby is taking feed well then it contains sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals for teething,

Teething begins by 6 months. You can wait till 13 months. Delayed teething is termed when teeths don't appear by 13 months

It will take more time
Teeth can errupt at any time from birth
But most of the baby have their 1st teeth between 5-15 months of age
Teeth eruptions is a natural process
No need to do anything for that
Don't give any medication for that unless fever and exessive crying.
Just do gum massage with ur little finger thrice a day
Give teether if possible, Clean teether every time before use.
