Teeth Braces
I visited dentist for bad breath issue, He did the cleaning and suggested to cleanup every year once. After 3 months same issue started. Then i visited same doctor, He told the gap between teethes are more because of that food residues depositing on the gum causing the issue. Suggested for the Braces to remove the gap between the Braces. I have doubt how the braces solve the bad breath issue, And Braces are painful and time taking treatment. Is this the right treatment or any other way my problem will be solved. I am attaching my dental x-ray for your reference.

Hello sir After seeing your X-ray , I can say that 1) u have gaps between your teeth 2) u have bone loss between teeth 3) the condition of teeth looks good Now the problem of bad breadth can be many as the above doctor suggested. And u have to rule out one by one . Take antacids if u have acidity problem for 15 days and then have a follow up. Rule out any cough or sinus issue.and cleaning u have done already so that's out of question. Now Ortho treatment u can do for the gaps. But only ortho Won't solve this problem. What u have to do is 1) improve ur brushing habits.. Use interdental brush to remove food particles which are stuck between teeth. And this has to be done after every meal.. This brush is a pocket size brush so u can easily carry in ur pocket wherever u go. I know it's difficult but for ur condition u have to do it regularly for few days. 2) use floss and mouthwash daily and brush twice daily. 3) rinse thoroughly after every meal 4) spend time while brushing don't hurry up 5) drink lots of water 6) do treatment for your acidity and cough problem if u have any. Hope u will be fine soon.
