Teary eyes
I am facing issue in my right eye for a while now. It's continuously watery and can't stop tears coming off. Left eyes seems to be perfectly fine.

Hi. Such type of watery eye can be bcos of blockage of tear outflow system called Lacrimal drainage system. Needs to be checked and corrected accordingly. I can help you or you try to find an Oculoplastic surgeon who is expert in such problems .. all the best

Hello,
Watery eyes at your age can be due to eye strain(due to excessive screen time) or uncorrected refractive error or allergic conjunctivitis.

Take adequate breaks every 30 minutes,while using screen
adequate sleep
wash eyes with cool tap water twice
you can use lubricant eye drops available in the pharmacy.
