Tears causing screaming pain from peeing

I had sex with my partner and it kept going dry the next day I was so sore inside my vagina and it was itchy and a day later it's so red irritated like tears that itch when I have to pee and burns so bad I scream and cry. Me and my partner are meth users I thought it was tears and burned from the drugs in my system but I'm not sure. Is there anything to make it stop hurting while I pee that I can purchase over the counter
