TEAR NOT COMMING WHEN BABY IS CRYING

Dear doctor, My baby is 3 months old. He cries but no tears are coming out from eyes. Is it ok for my baby as he is now 3 months old.

Hi! Nothing to worry! Is there any swelling or any redness etc near nasal side of eyes . If nothing then do not worry, they slowly start producing.
