TB +ve/ ANA +ve

TB +ve/ ANA +ve

Asked for Male, 60 Years

TB positive / ANA positive / X-Ray negative / Haemoglobin is 12.4. General conditions for last couple of years was high levels of fatigue / Sleep Apnea test was positive though successive machine readings did not indicate the same. Have Irritable Bowels for past couple of decades and have increased now. Mildly diabetic. Would like to understand the way forward
