My mantoux test is positive but x ray is clear..What it means and one more thing i have pain in neck area..is it sign of lymph node tb..

A positive Mantoux test indicates Past OR Current infection with TB. This result has to be clinically correlated by your physician.
Mantoux test is more of a test of prognostic significance but it has limited validity due to lack of specificity. There are some situations where the results may come false positive/false negative. Interpretation of the test results also vary depending upon the person's medical risk factors.
Now about your neck pain, you need to be examined and if needed, investigated too.
