Hi i can see a biopsy report for paraaortic l.n whuch suggest ?Tuberculosis.And you have stated anti tuberculosis treatment.Sometimes when anti tubercular drug is started patients have nausea ,vomiting and decresed apetite as a result of it.Dont worry ask for an antiemetic and antacid and symptoms will decrese in few days.Keep a check on your liver function tests.
