Feeling Nausea & not feeling to eat

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm feeling Nausea all the time, everyday from last 4 days. I don't feel like to eat any food & don't feel to see any food. I'm feeling thirsty all the time. Feeling to drink water again and again. From few months im taking cap. Sompraz D 40 on acidity. What should do or whom should i Consult can't understand. Pls help me in this matter. Pls tell any medicine to stop my nausea.
