In General TB pts will loose wt,But though while in Proper medications,(Though allopathy),Drs usually will advise u to take more protein rich food. If u finish the course or while also,Start taking daily Eggs..(If u r very much strictly Vegetarian,Then find out alternative for egg like Dal,Millets  more in Quantity),But if u can eat,Better to eat minimum 4-6 eggs mandatorily..with split periods. Try to take more quantity of Curries,If u t non-Vegetarian,Fish/Meet,(Not fried,But cooked peices more),Sprouts,Millets,Dal of all kinds,Milk 2-3 times/day Gradually u vl put up wt.
