Tb patient of 68 years of age doctor prescribed at first R cinex 400 & combutol 800 for 45 days but medicine not working now he prescribed solonex 300,combutol800 & Levoflox 750.the treatment procedure is ok

Hi. I understand your concern s. To adjust the doses of medications and only 3 drugs are not enough for TB treatment. Consult a pulmonologist for the same.

TB medicines have to be given according to patient's weight. I would advise further evaluation and treatment by a chest physician.
