Good evening sir...I am a TB patient..(on left neck) yesterday itself it was confirmed by fnac test... now I am taking treatment... I am a working as a lecturer... I used to take teaching classes for intermediate (+1 & +2) students... What are the precautions I have to take...While teaching... I have dry cough... Will it spread to students... Kindly give precautions sir...

If your tuberculosis is confined only to lymph node and x ray and sputum was negative for lung tuberculosis then not much of precautions are required as lymph node tuberculosis does not spread by aerosols. You may need to take symptomatic treatment for cough
