Tasteless, mismatch happens inside body

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have taken full bottle of dettol accordingly. My tongue cannot sense taste. Tasteless feel. Some load happens on my stomach. Worst or awkward feel inside the body in nose, mouth and the throat. Please suggest me some Remedy fir instant relief?
