Tartar gathering in front lower and upper teeth .I brushed regularly but not effect. I am doing brushing according to hospital tell me.

Tartar doesn't get removed by brushing as it is a hard deposit and requires professional giving by procedure called as scaling.
Please visit a dentist as soon as possible so that this procedure can be planned. I have my clinic in sector 9 if you live near by.
