Taper off medication
I was on a course of pexep cr 25 mg for 8 months. Symptoms subsided. There was a relapse after 3 months. I'm currently on second course of pexep cr 25 mg and mirtaz 7.5 mg. How do I taper these off?

Wait for 6 months with this medication. Until symptoms subside don’t talk about tapering medication

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Any mental health treatment needs a combination of medications and non medicine treatment plan like psychotherapies, excersise, few lifestyle changes, meditation etc. If you are following such solution in parallel, tampering will help. If not take a help of Psychologist to understand the suitable psychotherapies that can support your treatment. Feel free to reach out to me online for further assistance.
