"Hello doctor, I'm Devansh tomar and I'm 19years old. I've been experiencing Pain in my knees for about 4.5years till now.Also my muscle mass and weight is not building and many doctors has suggest osteoarthritis I also have some joint pain issues. My right shoulder experiences occasional rigidity and stiffness, usually for 4-5 days every 1-2 months. My left knee is more significantly affected by osteoarthritis, limiting my range of motion. My right knee also has some pain, but it's less severe than the left. I'm currently taking Nucoxin 60 and SAS DS as supplements. I'm considering adding HK Vital Healthy Joint Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate tablets, but I wanted to consult with you first to ensure their safety and appropriateness for my current health conditions. I'm also concerned about the potential interaction of these supplements with my existing medication and also please suggest me dose for it and when to take

Osteoarthritis means degeneration of joint cartilage generally age related. 14-19 is not common age for Osteoarthritis. Kindly share how you were diagnosed. I suspect you may have Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis. Gluten allergy and inability to gain weight maybe an underlying Malabsorption Syndrome. Kindly see a Gastroenterology and get tested properly. Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate tablets in some studies have no advantages over placebo. Share your Shoulder and Knee Xray.
