Taking boitin with PCOD
I have PCOD and I have hair fall to a large extend and hair thining also.
I have heard about Biotin.
Can biotin be taken in PCOD?
Does it have any side effects???

The hair cycle normally consists of growing, resting and falling hairs and there is a delicate balance between these stages of hair cycle. Normally hair should re-grow but if it is not happening, you should consider seeing a dermatologist.
