Hello, i am a 19 year old woman. I had an succesfull WPW ablation. After the procedure i was said to take daily aspirin. I should take it 3 months but due to a mistake i took it for 7 months now. My doctor said i should stop taking it just like that, im scared od the "rebound system", how should i lower the dose? Please, help. Im scared

It is good to taper the dose slowly giving yourself 3 days and slowly tapering the dose and stopping as you had regular aspirin you are likely to develop a rebound phenomenon. So speak with your treating doctor who will give a schedule on how to taper the drug and then completely stop it. Kindly be careful not to have cuts or injuries during this point of time.
