Tailbone pain
I am having tailbone pain since last one year, it started after I had fissure issue, but even after healing of fissure it is there. I don't know if they are related. But I can't sit by relaxing my back.., on pressing that area also it hurts...there is no swelling and also I had MRI test but it showed nothing...what could be the reason, please suggest some medicine.

It is not clear as to how your condition started. You can get your previous reports and tests checked in and begin your treatment properly since it may or may not be because of the issue at hand currently.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor and get your proper case taken since it requires taking a proper history and beginning your treatment which may include rehabilitation.
