When i ride my scooter or sit on chair for long hours my point near tail end (location is exactly the part of the spine which touches ground when u sit)pains.i got a check up done doctor said it is cocodina and it will improve over span of time.but it is more one month.some times pain is very less sometimes more.but pain is there.kindly suggest what it is and how to get rid of this pain.actually this pain started when i was travelling due to office work for 6hours a day using bike.
