Tablets not working. Instantly pls tell!

Hi I'm completed 74 days of C section and tubectomy and I'm breast feeding mother and I'm still bleeding. My doctor suggested me to take a depo provera injection for one time to stop bleeding.after using this injection my bleeding stop but from last 20 days onwards I'm spotting. My doctor suggested me to take a 3 types of tablets meprate and pause mf and tranexa tablets to stop spotting.i use these 3 types of tablets but no use I'm still spotting 😔 Again my doctor suggested me to take K Stat 500 tablet for 10 days daily one time to stop spotting.im using this tablet also but no use I'm still spotting 😔. Finally i taken a scan in that my endometrial Wall is 4mm and the scan report impression is good. Why my spotting not stop why tablets are not working for me pls tell I'm getting irritation and I'm tired pls tell why I'm spotting Why tablets not working . which tablet is best to stop spotting instantly pls tell
