Hello Doctor This is Kashmira from Nigdi. One of my friend recommended me a tablet gluton 1000 and escor z for my skin and hair..I just wanted to confirm are those tablets safe for me 24 years and my mother 48 years. If not what would be the best medicines I can go for Thanks and regards Kashmira
