My girl complaining about rapid heart beat, So we took to general physician and ECG done, Reports are like this... Abnormal ECG PVC Detected,:1 T wave abnormality detected Borderline conditions in: -PR interval What does it mean? Two days I have appointment with doctor, plz answer me TIA

Need to see the ECG graph, borderline PR also need to seen in ECG, T wave inversion could be there as normal in children. Rapid heart could be normal for a 4 yr. Child if pattern is not abnormal as they have faster heart beat than adult. But clinical evaluation plus 2D Echo and holter may be needed further. Isolated VPS also could be normal. All these findings are digital recording of ECG graph by machine,
