T.E / Permanent hair loss?
My hairfall started in June 2020 and I was diagnosed with Telogen effluvium in August 2020. I now see new growth alongside my middle partition; have not been able to catch any growth on either side of the head with the naked eye. Have lost enormous amount of hair, and still losing. I've been continuing medication though. However, I have now noticed that my nails aren't growing. Does that mean I have entered permanent female pattern baldness or alopecia? The front part of my head, right after the hairline is most visible.

Hello Female pattern hair loss can be triggered by pcod and it affects crown and parting areas in females. Thinning is noticed initially and when it progresses you can see gaps in these areas. This condition can be treated with proper treatment plan which includes blood tests, medicines, PRP and Microneedling treatment. Read about PRP treatment in my blogs or Instagram profile @drjeetendrakhatuja for more details.
Next Steps
Take healthy diet and exercise regularly to keep pcod under control
