Warm Saline Gargle three times daily
Tablet Pan-D. One tablet before breakfast for 5 days.
Tab Azimax 500 mg. One tab daily for 3 days.
Tab Calpol 650 mg two times daily for two days. Then 1 tab if temp more than 100.
Tab Levocet 5 mg. One tab before bed for 3 days.
Syrup Grillinctus. One Table spoon full three times daily for 5 days
ORS powder sips
